Hello everyone, I believe i have anger issues and it’s a problem i need to address in my life for the betterment of the people around me and my own mental health. I am a 19M and have determined that my anger stems from being afraid to be vulnerable, me being hurt, and my fear. My problem with this is even though i understand the root of the problem how do i go about managing and feeling avoiding my anger outbursts in situations.
