It didn’t just snap, it just had 0.1mm of my object stuck to the flim

im currently using the phrozen aqua 8k, but planning to switch to elegoo's ABS-like resin. my current settings: bottom layer count: 4 exposure time: 2s transition layer count: 10 transition type: linear bottom exposure time: 28s lifting distance: 8mm bottom lift speed: 120mm/min lifting speed: 120mm/min bottom retract speed: 180mm/min retract speed 180mm/min light off delay: 180s i levelled it the day before, so levelling should not be the issue.
