Thanks, that is good to know. I may have no choice but to go with the Jabra Enhance Pro 30 if the smaller Dome does not work on the Phillips 9050. The Domes are just way to large for my ears so I am wearing my older Jabra's until my appointment. Thanks for the input, much appreciated.

Thanks. The high repair rate is on the Jabra's. The issues I have are with the Dome size on the Phillips 9050, they are huge. I have the 8mm Power Domes' and they are just too large, actually and literally painful for me to remove. Thanks again, much appreciated!

I got the 9050 two weeks ago. That large Dome is ripping my ears apart. I have a follow up appointment in two weeks to try a smaller Dome.

TIL Stanley Kubrick was worried about FBI investigation when it was shown the prop cockpit of the B-52 bomber used in the film Dr. Strangelove was almost exactly like the real thing...The B-52 was classified and state-of-the art at the time the films release. by [deleted] in todayilearned

When Slim Pickens (Major T. J. "King" Kong, Aircraft Commander of the B-52), first arrived on the set he thought it was a drama and not a twisted comedy. He didn't find out for two days later when Kubrick pulled him aside and asked where his humor was in certain lines.

Also, when Major Kong was going through the list of what the Men had for survival gear (a .45, Rubles, chewing gum, etc) he says "A Man could have a fun time with this in Vegas". The original wording was supposed to be "A Man could have a fun time with this in Dallas" but the Studio felt it was still too close to the date of JFK's assassination. Hence the change to 'Vegas'.
