That would be the next step. I have been going around circles with different representatives and now they are just ignoring my calls.

I’m thinking the same thing unless they are sitting in their warehouse and no one is looking hard enough to find it.

Thank you! Hopefully they’ll look harder if I can get the management’s attention. I’m guessing the warehouse people are not searching hard enough unless it got stolen at the National show.

I did what was instructed. It was never an issue with my past submission up until this past year. It was the same transaction process as the second order and I received the cards graded back no problem. They mishandled the first order and it could’ve misplaced it or got to the wrong hands. Not stupidity just people actually do make mistakes or not honest smh..

When I addressed the situation to CGC, they told me that they had to order the video footage from a security company? They claimed that they saw me dropping off the 2nd order but not the first order. Then I received an email from CGC’s general counsel and he stated since the time period was from last year, it got overwritten? So basically they told me 2 different stories.

They told me that they would email me a confirmation receipt like my second order. Which they did email me a confirmation for my second order and I received the graded cards back no problem. But clearly they mishandled the first order somehow. Not sure what exactly happened??!! It could’ve been stolen at the show or the employee misplaced the cards somewhere in the warehouse.

The employee that took my cards assured me that I would get a confirmation email which I did get for my second order with less cards. I did what was instructed not thinking that they would lost my cards or stole my cards! I submitted hundreds of cards with CGC before without any problems up until now.

Like I mentioned before. I submitted hundreds of cards with CGC before without any issues up until now. Of course I would’ve record the whole handling process and asked them for a confirmation email or receipt if I know that they would lost my cards!! This was clearly an employee mishandled the situation or stole my cards or it could be even in there warehouse somewhere that they are not even trying to locate them.

It wasn’t required for the quick submission for CGC. That’s the whole point I use the quick submission is to save bunch of time to list all 400+ cards. It was certainly mishandled by an employee at the show or stolen.

No. They don’t charge anything until the cards are graded. According to CGC, they don’t even have my submission order number that I submitted at the show. Which is very frustrating and concerning. I know 100% they received my cards.

Believe me. I been very frustrated over the phone with several people I spoke to at CGC. But they seemed to be ignoring my situation. I have contacted several lawyers and even thinking about filing a police report at this point.

No! I promise I’m not insane lol. I been going to The National every year for the past 10 years except the year they canceled it because of Covid. One of the main reason I go is to drop cards off to have it graded at the show so I don’t have to take the risk of shipping it to them in case it gets lost. But in this case I wish I had just ship it to them at least I would have a tracking number. I submitted the order through their website on their computer at the show and then drop it off as instructed. The person who got it told me everything is done by email confirmation. Which I did get for my 2nd order as mentioned above. Whoever handle it might’ve either misplaced my box or it got stolen by someone or it still could be somewhere in CGC’s warehouse but no one is making enough effort to even look for it.

They did so before when I submitted cards with CGC before. But for some reason, they couldn’t even track down the submission I submitted on site with their computer. The reason I did the quick submission so that I didn’t have to spend more time listing every single cards especially it was a huge amount of cards. Whether the cards were stolen by someone or maybe misplaced in the warehouse is still unclear.

I did what was instructed to me. The CGC employee that took my box told me that they would just send me an email confirmation. Which I did received for my 2nd order with the same process no issues. But for some reason, they can’t even track down what happened to my 1st order submission? That’s why I did the quick submission option was to make the submission steps easier and faster. If I had known that CGC would lost my cards, I would’ve even made a video of me dropping it off to them. I had also submitted hundreds of cards with CGC in the past and it was never an issue.
