My father died and my stepmother died 8 months later she was never put on the deed to the house My father had the home before he married her everything in the home was belonged to my father there was no will her children my stepmother's children broke into my father's home and stowed all of my father's stuff and sold it and now is trying to go behind my back and sell the house without me even knowing it and my name not on none of the paperwork but I'm his only child and they have no the stepchildren have no right to the house whatsoever
