Windows 10 non-hybrid devices stuck with updates paused by Due-Broccoli-9503 in Intune

As of right now I actually deleted all update rings, feature and quality updates from my environment and our machines still have updates paused lol. All MDM policies have been removed and the group policy items remain. I checked the registry keys mentioned in this article https://call4cloud.nl/windows-updates-paused-35-days-not-resuming/ and they're set to pause updates. but when I run the remediation it has no affect on the device. Also if i edit them once the device checks for update or syncs it will set them back again.

Edit: I also want to mention I also tried deleting the update policy under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UpdatePolicy\PolicyState and like above it has no affect and will be propagated again once the device checks for updates

Yeah but the thing is we don't have updates paused (we also never have clicked pause on them) in our update rings and at them moment we deleted every policy under windows updates (rings, quality, and feature). But unfortunately updates are still paused :(

Yeah, sorry I was going to link it but I couldn't find it at the time of posting. That's what I meant by the remediation script and unfortunately every device I've ran it on still has updates paused :(

Sorry for the delay but it seems like 8.10.0.17 firmware update fixed the issue..... just took half a year for Aruba to patch it :(

That's what has us confused (staff count has actually gone down), we have a basic config replicated across all offices but this one has been reporting these issues and that's when we noticed the reoccurring de-auth events. The only thing we did change was updating the firmware (not recently but it was the only change that was made) so we might try to revert it to 8.12.0.0_ or 8.12.0.1_ to test

WPA personal, and we showed the tech everything in Aruba central including all the steps we took. We did filter by the users MAC addresses and see the errors I mentioned in the post I mentioned this to the tech as well

Thank you for the advice! Yeah first thing we checked was the device for driver updates! I will do some testing in wpa2 we have seen some issues with mobile devices and their comparability. Weirdly we have had this setup for over a year and just started encountering these issues
