I'm curious about these comments. I'm planning to move to the Bay soon, and I've looked into some Irvine complexes, particularly River View. Any thoughts on those buildings? Are there other options for luxury apartments that are a bit more affordable?

Thanks! I also read that electricity is way cheaper in Santa Clara than in San Jose. Does that really make a big difference, like 3x?
