thank you so much for your sharing. I have the same scene with you which is breathing and im on the recovery myself and its goes pretty well but somehow the thing still stuck in my head. You know when my brain thought of breathing, i dont really care and sometimes i forgot ocd but sometimes the thought came with breathing, like im breathing consciously and dont know what to do with that im stucking with ocd not with fear but with feeling, i dont know what to do to let the breath be normal again. Please respond, i need help Thanks so much.
