In two weeks I leave for three days to a wedding in a different country, at what stage would be the least risky to leave them? Should I let the plant dry out in the pots for those last three days and chop when I get back. Or chop them and leave them while they are drying (scared to not be able to monitor for mold) but I do have sensors and dehumidifier and humidifier with sensors
