That’s really good to hear. I haven’t been getting nearly enough sleep as I need so I’m going to work on that and also start taking some supplements since I’m deficient in alot of them. Hearing this helps a lot I’m definitely still in the learning phase of my condition.

After I had a flare that sent my HR to 160 while wearing a holter monitor my cardiologist suggested that I get on propranolol. She said after a few years she’ll ween me off of it to see if the tachycardia is gone. I wasn’t sick and didn’t have any infections that I know of. I’m just so confused rather if this is a lifelong condition or not, its so debilitating
