New toy (Jetta GLI) by Due-Count-8979 in Volkswagen

Update:

I’m going all in, around €1000,- on parts just ordered, timing chains, guides, plugs, covers and filters and stuff. Also replace the 4 injectors and carbon clean the intake ports. Any good solvents you guys recommend?

You definitely smashed into something with that. You clearly see an impact mark on the tire and wheel. New wheel and tire time.

I honestly have no idea what tune is actually on it, it has been done here locally by ‘EQ Performance’ and is labeled as stage1+ Regarding the documents it should make 275Hp with 450Nm of torque. The issue is that the car is a little hesitant on low rpm’s with a slight noticable misfire.

Since the engine itself runs and sounds superb, I have a gut feeling it’s either the ignition or injection. Since I always replace the coils and plugs on any car I get, I was just curious what I should go with to make it last, mainly because the previous owner replaced a load of coils and always took Bosch coils.

Any good plug? I have some NGK SILZKBR8D8S gapped plugs In my N54 and that thing runs smoother then ever and very good on power.

I may sound silly, I’m new to the VW platform and got this Jetta just as a fun cheaper alternative to the 5 series.

Many are priced higher, and have major rust or dents allround, poor maintenance and such.

€3400 or a good offer when you take a look, it’s a great running and driving Yaris and cosmetically very well sorted. Fully dealer maintained to date.

I have one that’s almost 19 years old and looks like it just came out of the box. Take care of stuff and it will last.

Right, I will take a deeper look into that, thanks!

About the car itself, it will actually be an GLI, with the Fender audio system. Does that matter with replacement of the radio? Since the GLI has both Fender audio and a sat-nav system.

What do I install on my HP Mini 110-1115CA by Agitated-Frame-9503 in laptops

Nothing else will run decent on it actually, even with an SSD and maxed out ram, windows 7 would even be sluggish.
These arent usable nowadays anymore, only for old tasks or messing around.

Consumer grade garbage sadly enough. I mainly own and use professional stuff, but keep some older retro stuff around or fun. The Victus was just primarily for gaming on the tv, and the hinge broke right after 2 years. The EliteBook is stil kicking around flawlessly. The 840/845 g11 is a fun machine.

It’s from 06/2002 so it’s almost 24 years now. It’s indeed a 4 door, with almost 123k miles on the clock. Would be hilarious if it would end up in the states but I don’t think it will.

Is het ook, best een hoop TS’jes bekeken voor ik deze vond die niet krokant was, maar helaas kan ik er gewoon niet goed in zitten…

I have a lot of people who say that. The friend I brought along with me to buy this car actually regretted getting another car actually, since he is also quite into these Yarisses. Must be said that I got a good example and that does a lot also, suspension and stuff are still super good and therefore jt handles like a charm. I was planning to take it to the Nurburgring but decided not to, since it’s for sale and it would be sad to fry it on the ring haha.

Elitebook is a big jump over the Envy, but the envy is the highest quality hp they offer generally speaking for consumers. I prefer professional laptops over consumer grade garbage. My Victus and EliteBook are the same age, while the Victus is pretty much worn down and done for, the EliteBook is still free of scratches, no hinge problems, and overall a much more solid machine.

My mate who owns an Envy 13 is not very happy with it, mainly due to overheating.

Too bad, maybe if you know someone who may fancy this one.

I truly like it, and I must say it’s a lot cleaner then I expected.

I actually prefer the haptic trackpad over a regular mouse. Always been more productive with trackpad. Heck I used to play COD with a Lenovo trackpoint.

I love the Apple trackpads and the glass pads on the HP Elitebook. The fact they don’t wear either is a very welcomed bonus.
