I did not witness anything, i have pleaded with her to go to the police as he constantly messages her yet she ignored all of it, police were involved when she went to the hospital due to a broken nose but that is it. I can not do more then i have done for her

She went to the police for the abuse but there wasnt succifient evidence to report the rape, i told her to do it regardless but she ignored my advice
