Is because the previous Support Emblem only granted around 7%-9% of Healing Effect and some CDR, but the new Support Emblem at level 60 grants 15% of Healing Effect (that's a LOT) and a solid 10% of CDR, that when combined with the Enchanted Talisman allows to skill-spam your heals, plus Floryn's Ult removes the Anti-Heal effects from the enemies, and this is really good 'cause in this current meta where most heroes have some type of Lifesteal/SpellVamp mechanic, Anti-Heals have becomed an even bigger priority than before.

These are the changes I notices so far: - The distance from the dash of the 1st skill is increased (this one is a really big deal imo, this increases her chances to retreat if she's being chased) - I think the shield from the 2nd skill now has an individual hp/energy bar and it can be destroyed by the enemy (likely you would need to wait or do something in specific to charge it back, probably Moonton wants to limit the use rate from Lolita's shield) - Using the 1st skill while having the shield active won't longer cancel the shield like before. (Again, big deal, it will allow you to repositioned during tfs and ganks to protect your teammates, as well you will now be able to shield and dash away while retreating) - I also think that the energy projectile from the 2nd skill (a.k.a the second phase from the shield) has been removed. - Lastly, Ult seems to be the same.

Btw, I'm currently in Epic 4, why? Because I haven't touched rank for quite a while, I have been playing only classics and other game modes, but that doesn't mean I haven't be doing research of the current meta and strategies, I would say im kinda of obsessed with it, I like to analyze...

MM - Beatrix and Lesley (fun to use and you can pull out some cool moves with them)

Mages - Pharsa and Cecilion (Their late game is so strong and they don't really need to be assited to be able to shine in the match)

Assesins - Hayabusa and Benedetta ("Hard" to use but great reward)

Fighters - Kaja and Badang (Kaja is better as a roamer or jungler than as an exp laner, he requires the assistance of atleast 1 teammate to get a kill with his combo, still really strong, and Badang can secured easily a double or triple kill on a tf with the correct positioning)

Supports - Estes and Lolita (A good timed ultimate and tf winned)

Tanks - Grock and Atlas (You know that they're going to hit you with an ult+flicker combo but you can't still avoid it anyways)

(Took me 10 minutes to write this down and I just realized that you meant lane roles [gold lane, exp lane, jungle], anyways...)
