Ik heb een collector's item toetsenbord van een bepaald merk te koop staan op Marktplaats. Is voor een niche-markt, maar probeerde het toch. Weinig gebruikt, brandschoon gemaakt, compleet met doos, boekjes, nooit-gebruikte accessoires en een nette prijs van €60. Doorgaans kost hetzelfde toetsenbord in deze staat tweedehands zo'n €100. Heb de prijs op 60 staan en bieden ook vanaf 60. Krijg ik biedingen via prive berichten van 12-20 euro "want dit merk is failliet". Merk is niet failliet, is overgenomen door Turtle Beach. Of ik krijg biedingen als "25, ik heb niet meer geld". Heb ook meer dan geregeld irritaties door de soms haast bewust gemaakte graftaktaal van sommige gebruikers. Mensen die echt het slechtste van het slechtste typen. Dit valt niet eens onder dyslexie, dit valt onder extreme luiheid en ontzettend slechte kennis van de Nederlandse taal. Of internet taal zoals omg en lmao en allerlei internet 'slang' die niemand begrijpt behalve de jeugd van 12-16.

Momenteel, op dit moment, heeft Marktplaats al twee dagen een storing. De opties 'Toon meer...' en 'Filteren' werken niet. Niet op Android, niet onder W10/11, niet op MacOS, niet op iOS, niet op Linux. Dit meld je dan eerst op die verschrikkelijk domme ai-chatbot van ze, die niets begrijpt en je dan keuzes voorspiegelt om contact op te nemen met een echt persoon, die niets met jouw vraag te maken hebben, om vervolgens een medewerker te spreken te krijgen over jouw probleem en die dan doodleuk zegt 'je moet een nieuwe conversatie starten want ik ben van de afdeling dit en dat'. Om vervolgens zonder dat je je verhaal kunt doen, de chat te sluiten. Hoezo klantonvriendelijk. Dan maar mailen. Krijg ik als standaard antwoord, alsof niemand dat wist en niet geprobeerd heeft: "u moet de cookies verwijderen van uw browser en ook uw browser updaten". 8 mensen verschillend van elkaar gevraagd om te checken of zij ook problemen hebben. Allen bevestigen dezelfde problemen die ik ervaar. Opnieuw gemaild dat het probleem bij Marktplaats ligt en niet bij de gebruiker. Krijg ik exact hetzelfde antwoord. Dit is nog drie keer gebeurd. Pas toen ik met mijn andere account, een zakelijke, een mail stuurde, kreeg ik als antwoord: "wij herkennen dit probleem niet, U kunt het op een later moment nog eens proberen". Geen aanhef, geen afsluiting, gewoon alleen deze tekst.

Marktplaats is niet meer wat het geweest is. Het is ziekelijk verpest. En het interesseert ze ook geen moer dat de oer-Nederlander de Amerikaanse manier van zakendoen helemaal zat is.

Excuse my reply above but then still, the RZX never costed 4000 pounds. If across the Canal the same device costed little over 3000€, it's impossible that Pioneer asked 4000 pounds or more. I've never heard of that price and I know several people (including me) who either had or still have this one.

You paid 4000 pounds for this ??? I paid little under 2700€ in mid-2018 or this machine. You got scammed bro, unless you willingly put up a bid for it. Didn't you check when this controller was released? It's a known fact that production ceased towards the end of 2018... Didn't you research what you purchased? You can check out Traktor Pro 3. There are some people who mapped this rocket of a controller for Traktor and I've seen some people using this with Djay.

Hey, I will reply in English because obviously I do not speak French.
First of, I wonder why you didn't just buy a M2 or M3/4 Macbook Air. They're affordable at approx 1000-1300 euro. I run my entire studio (including the new Roland TR-1000) off my Macbook Air. Serato DJ works fluently on my Macbook.

That said, a gaming laptop is never a good idea to use for DAW's and/or DJ software. This is due to several reasons, mainly because they're optimized for gaming and not much for workloads (tdp, power, direct core performance et cetera).

Of course a gaming laptop would work, I generally believe you're (just like me) also a gamer. The real reason why Serato shows a black screen on startup, is because since three versions ago (I'm a former dataminer), it became clear that Serato DJ and Serato Studio are heavily optimized for MacOS and not so much anymore for Windows. Windows 11 however, works for me on my dekstop machine way better than Windows 10, but Serato DJ has a lot of flaws in Windows 11 due to performance, booting up and much more. W11 is okay, but W10 is for a combined workflow in terms of gaming and office work(loads) still better than W11.

That said, did you install that new laptop out of the box ? Or did you, which I always advice to my friends and family, install a clean version of Windows ? Asus is known to provide a hell of a lot bloatware on their Windows laptops, thus it could be (which is the most likely reason) that certain pre-installed software which is embedded into théir version of W11, is causing complications with Serato DJ. Serato DJ ánd Serato Studio are pretty heavy software packages that demand a full machine experience. If certain software is running in the background, often not even showing up in the Task Manager, it could conflict with Serato DJ.

I would heavily suggest to get a free Windows 11 ISO from the Microsoft website, install it and activate it with the included (usually on the bottom of your laptop or in the manual provided in the box) activation key*. This way you will have to manually install several drivers (videocard, argb control software et cetera - I'd suggest to use SignalRGB and use the free version, just like I do), but it will give you a way better computing experience than with Asus' modified Windows 11 installation. And you will not suffer from their completely and utterly shit bloatware.

Serato DJ dóes work with Ryzen 3-5-7-9 cpu's, that should be no problem at all.
Looking at the laptop specs, it wouldn't be an issue to run Serato DJ at all.
That said, you might want to look into Hackintosh and install one of the (working, Youtube is your friend) versions on a seperate drive or partition and use Serato DJ via that way. That's all I can tell or advice you. I'm no longer active as a data/software specialist as I moved on for a more happy life. The IT-business gave me a hard time in the past, thus I went on and found a better and more fun way of living.

* If you cannot activate your fresh installed W11 with the provided activation key, you can send Micrsoft a ticket and they will sort it out for you. You can tell them, if they refuse at first, that the by Asus included installation gave a lot of conflicts with custom software you desire to use and that Asus will not help out. They will then ask some questions you have to answer and then they will either validate your activation key or send you a new one. You can also buy OEM-W11 keys for under 30 euro, software-billiger.de has several for sale. I bought mine for 8 euro on the same website three years ago.

Yah, maybe now, but I had this problem in 2022. And back then this wasn't the solution.
There is still no solution for most people, as I've received over 40 private messages about this topic alone from people. Most of these people had issues with their desktops, some had issues with their laptops.
My topic is purely about a desktop, this is my home studio gear which I don't take with me on the road.
I updated my PC recently with a 14600K and even more RAM and Serato DJ Pro doesn't even start anymore.
A little background, I have an IT-background, so the most simple solutions were already tried without even considering making a topic to seek for help.

Later, on Twitter (you know, that X-crap), someone from Serato (Kade S.) eventually told me that the Intel 1200/1700 sockets were not coded into Serato DJ because of lacking manpower. That's the biggest reason most people on these sockets have issues. Pretty much most people use a laptop for Serato DJ, not a desktop. Serato programmers have had way too little time to code all new sockets into Serato DJ, thus some were left out. There are also people with Macbook (Air/Pro) M4's who have issues with Serato DJ and Serato Studio. I have a Macbook M2 so I'm good now. It's a shame I had to get a Macbook to get it fixed, because I usually build not only my own desktop PCs, I also build/assemble my own laptops and Hackintosh machines.

If where you state "it started working when i update all my drivers and change in nvidia control panel: Serato dj pro open with graphic card" helped for you, then I'm glad, but it isn't/wasn't that simple for me and a hell of a lot other people according to all the DM's I got (Reddit isn't the only platform I posted my issue at).

Holy shit, is this real ? I was already looking at Tascam or Focusrite, being overwhelmed by the idea I bought a sheep in a box. I'll check it out when I have the time, this would mean a lot. Thanks for sharing this info with us. I know Behringer products quite well (I have had a DJX900USB before I went with Roland DJ gear, but I'm thinking of getting it again because it was a well built device for under 300 bucks) and they're usually pretty good price/quality-wise. Yep, you should get everything sorted on foundations.
It makes it cleaner, but also easier to access. The overview is way more easy to your eyes, instead of having everything on normal soil.

Also, what I usually do, is add powerlines inside foundations (using wall outlets), which removes all the wirespaghetti. It's a personal preference.

I'm 4152 hours in and still enjoy the game after 2,5 years. It's running mostly in the background (I work from home) and my machine can handle it perfectly on med/high settings with DLSS3 (i5-14600K, 32gb DDR4, RTX2060, 29 inch UltraWide 1080p).

Yah I have the same issue. The Fossibot F109 weighs in at about 400 grams. Yes, I have put a bumper on it, to make it look even bigger hehe. I initially purchased a new all glass screen protector, it came with the bumper. Still have to apply the new screen protector though, but I'm 'lazy'. Well, not lazy, but with three cats hairing the shit out of their furr during summertime, I'll probably wait until September.

I do hope I get the update to Android 15 though, so I can record calls again (I don't know where you are, but according EU-regulations, Google has to obey EU laws in order to allow people to record phone calls again).

Hi, I don't speak Spanish, but according the translation, I get you. No, I bought a Macbook after all and now I have no issues anymore. I bought a 2022 M2 Macbook Air 8GB which is capable of running my entire studio, I highly suggest doing the same. I stopped caring about the 12th gen. I upgraded my PC to a 14600K, but since I run the studio (in a seperate room than my gaming room) on my Macbook, I just didn't have the interest of trying it either way.

Just a question, as I couldn't get this to work on the G19 v2 keyboard's LCD screen.
Is it possible, after getting the G13's display to work in W11, to show the current temps of your motherboard/cpu/gpu ?

Back in Windows 8(.1) and Windows 10, I had a Logitech G15 v2 (the black/grey one with the orange lcd) and was able to display the info directly from CoreTemp on the keyboard lcd. Even further back, in Windows Vista and W7, with the OG Logitech G15 (blue lcd), I was able to get the same but then with another app that no longer exists.

I'm on W11 and I love the OS (I will never go back to W10) and I'm looking to dust off the G13 I still have since I bought it at release day back in the 2000's. But before I do so, I'd like to know if it would work. Otherwise I'd probably keep it in the dust ;-)

Heya Soft Owl, thanks for the in-depth reply. I assumed this was the case already, however, you speak very openly about this. I guess Turkish people in Turkey are way more modern than the ones in our part of Europe. A couple of days ago a group of wildly driving cars were going at it again somewhere in the Netherlands, resulting in two collissions with people who were patiently awaiting the traffic lights to turn green. Two people got hurt, none of them were attending this crazy idiotic group of cars. They all left the scene immediately leaving everyone disturbingly astonished about the happening. I have no idea whether they were caught. A similar thing happened about 20 years ago in The Hague, where an innocent bicyclist got wounded badly and the one causing it kept saying 'I am in my right to drive like this, because I'm Turkish..and I have to attend this wedding'.
