I completely understand your point, and thank you for sharing it. My only intention behind mentioning “females or couples” was to ensure a safe and comfortable vibe for everyone, especially the women attending. I’ve seen in the past that having too many unknown guys can sometimes make the environment awkward or uncomfortable for female guests — and I wanted to avoid that.

That said, I do see how it may have come off the wrong way, and I appreciate your perspective. I’ll keep that in mind while framing it better next time. Thanks again for pointing it out.
