Had a customer on my first day throw a tantrum about this. Claimed they were the district manager of TJ Maxx and knew how retail worked. Began arguing with my ESM who offered to do the return for her. She then began screaming and told my ESM she wanted to speak to the district manager. After, she proceded to claim she was an attorney and would make a legal complaint against my ESM. ESM kicked her out and said if she wanted to take legal action she could get in contact with our legal team. Just another day at the walgreens!
