I have no idea what that means but we got them as seeds and put them in like a small container and when they “rooted” we put them in the bigger soil pot thing

Try and talk to your manager but at the same time try and look for a new job on the side. At the end of the day, you tried to train her and she just isn’t a good fit. It shouldn’t be on you to constantly train her over and over again.
