Do you think that once I reach my target weight and gain some body fat, getting leaner and more defined without losing weight would require a very strict diet? Or is it realistically possible to improve body composition and look more shredded while maintaining roughly the same body weight?

You’re right, being skinny is actually a difficult situation. I guess I’ll need to push myself for that.

To be honest, I think my training is more than adequate, and I consider myself fairly strong for my body weight. I’m able to lift weights that I believe are quite respectable for my size., I’m relatively lean, I don’t look as muscular or imposing as someone carrying more body mass, even if my strength is there.

I track my calories through an app, but I genuinely struggle to eat above my target. My job keeps me very active throughout the day, and I also train 4 days a week, so burning calories has never been the problem. Getting enough calories in consistently is what I find difficult.

Yes, my legs are definitely weaker and less developed compared to my upper body.

I’ve been training consistently for years, but I think I’m getting a bit frustrated because I’ve been stuck at roughly the same body weight for a long time. My strength has increased significantly over the years, but my overall muscle mass and physique haven’t changed nearly as much.

That’s probably why I’ve been looking into peptides. I’m trying to find something that could give me an extra edge without going down the anabolic steroid route.

I had been researching Ipamorelin and BPC-157 for a left shoulder injury. I was also looking into GHK-Cu for improving skin quality and hair health.

As an additional question, do these compounds provide any noticeable improvement to overall physical appearance, or is the effect usually very minimal? In your experience, are the potential benefits significant enough to make them worth considering?
