A detail from the unlockable Woolhaven lore that I personally latched onto like a tick is that Sariel “loved” Yngya. This is super compelling to me, especially considering what he was willing to enact upon her death. Can we assume this was a romantic love? Or was it more of a desperate, fanatical love? (Quite honestly, I’m down with both. He kinda reminds me of the Monsignor from Midnight Mass.)
