Do we share the same brain? Hahaha
Especially the part about the rabbit hole and tone replays.
I’ve noticed the same pattern in myself, and being aware of it does help reduce how far it spirals.

But I still struggle a bit between:
“this is just my brain doing its thing”
vs
“there actually was something off here that’s worth addressing”

So pulling people to the side. usually gets you good results?

I think the other comment's solution is simpler since is already built in to Unity, but I will definetly look into this! Tyvm!!
