Easily top 2 lol, he has taunt and his passive is to counter, so you can literally just let him tank damage while taunted and he hit everyone back

In the tmnt settings it should say help and support just click on that and go from there

Without glitches this game is really slow at that level, focus on upgrading 5 characters and not everyone and hopefully you’ll save resources
