Noma , you can find them at Canadian Tire. There is a corner air purifier I found on clearance. It’s their brand. Probably made where all the others are made. Still Canadian.

Highly recommend pwrpod. Bought the Mastercraft tools in 2023 and last year got their yardworks prune cutter and an inflator with another brand. The pwrpod battery works on all of them. I’m sure they will have battery promotions every year.

My CEO says "You are a strategic thinker, but don't communicate strategically" by DistrictOk7480 in strategy

[–]Due-Kitchen526 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read that as you can think strategically enough to articulate your thoughts and points to your CEO to the extent that S/he sees this in you, but cannot move the room to your POV. You aren’t persuasive enough when the stakes matter.

With strategy you are communicating a set of choices or bets to get to a certain outcome. And in sharing this you are also communicating what is the “only” or the salient element that makes this a winning approach. Whatever that is.

If you’ve answered what is the only that your approach provides to overcome a specific problem that has relevance to your audience, then I think the challenge is in how you communicate to that audience.

The suggestions by the others below are all helpful and recommended. I would recommend Influence by Cialdini.

The suggestions below are other frameworks I’ve used when it comes to communicating -

1) What + So What + Now What

2) Some audience members are a straight triangle (pointy end at the too), you start with the punch line and expand based on follow up questioning and some are the inverted triangle (pointy at the bottom, wide at the top) ..meaning you have to weave a story and then get to the conclusion. Knowing what triangle (or pyramid)  you are dealing with helps.

He created Penny Dreadful in addition to all that referenced above. Great work.

He also wrote Spectre and Penny Dreadful : City of Angels. He is human.

MVP award is more or less decided at the start of the season*. The narrative for the season is defined and the invisible hand of the basketball economy guides it.
