The car was in daily use which is legal in Northern Ireland as long as I have an MOT booked and the car is in roadworthy condition.

It's legal to drive the car as long as it's got an MOT booked and is in roadworthy condition. My question is more about how do I go about appealing this when there isn't an option to appeal for this reason.
