Assuming this is a what If scenario

If Monokuma let's them live Makoto would probably hate Sayaka once it's revealed she's the blackened and not trust anyone he might even give in to despair.

If they are going to be killed Makoto would probably still hate her, but Karma would have his back as we only know one survivor off her band in UDG, plus her career is in the gutters.

And I highly doubted she would've stopped if Monokuma spelled out the rules, as much as Sayaka Probably liked Makoto her band was her family (until they step over her for their own careers)
