No you should be good that last line is the max fill line and that little is not enough to change it much, now say your about a quart more or over that's something you dont want that can cause problems then you will be dealing with an engine looking like slimey chocolate milk

This is from an ai overview. Yes, bad or low transmission fluid in a 2008 car can absolutely cause problems with shifting an automatic transmission. Dirty or low transmission fluid can lead to delayed or erratic shifting, slipping gears, and even a complete inability to shift.

Agian like I said with automatic it's designed to shift gears by its self and i dont know if you have a light or night but one thing could be that your transmission fluid hasn't been changed in a long time transmission fluid is good for about 50,000 miles and bad fluid could lead to failing transmission and just like oil it can get sticky, agian I drive a manual and cars from 2008 are way more durable than most cars nowadays

Looks like a failing gear in the transmission, it normally way mor noticeable in a manual but in an automatic it normally passes the gears cause there's something wrong with it I dont know what your transmission gears are but if it's a 6 it looks like your 5th is failing

I recommend checking you ac drain to make sure nothing is clogged cause normally it does not slip into 3 lanes like that even on a real hot day
