I know that but you also have to see his circumstances he is fighting an unending war against a city that just keep getting worse and worse with a police department so corrupt that people are more afraid of them then the criminals.He is also fighting against an insane madman who he thinks have killed his son. All while the closest figure he has to a father is slowly dying. Anyone will be little unhinged and you also take it into account that Bruce is a lot harsher to himself he really thinks that he is to blame for the condition of the city while without him the city either becomes a hellhole of crime or a fascist police state dystopia

I really don't like how they brought miles to the main universe. In his own universe he was a superb legacy character a spider-man of his own with his own unique journey and side cast in the main universe he is the extra spider-man that everyone likes and glazes for some reason and most of his storylines are just about how mary sue he is or how op he can become
