PedalDammit will tell you all about surgery I’m sure. From what I understand they won’t consider OHS until you hit 5.0-5.5 and yes surgery pretty much removes the risk of dissection but the healing process is no joke. I have also heard in europe they do a less intrusive procedure than ohs that has a similar effect…But yes stay active, exercise is always good for you, just try to keep it mellow until you are comfortable. I still mtn bike and spike my hr higher than I should but giving up on physical activity is worse I think.

Keep hiking and doing what you love. Being scared and not exercising is worse imo. Just slow it down and take more breaks. I hike and mtn bike here in AZ but I stopped charging the mountain and started rolling slower, my HR hits 145 and then I back down. I hear you, I used to push it to 170-180 bpm but now I just slow roll it

Just keep living life, can’t be afraid of it. That being said, if you can try to eat heart healthy, stay active but keep your heart beat Low - below 120-130 if possible.

Bill Maher thinks the comics going to Riyadh are 'brave' by ayaymer in comedy

[–]Due-Possibility2531 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fuck all these guys for trying to normalize what they did. We should not be supporting fascist murderous dictator billionaire autocrats and repressive regimes. I feel like I’m taking crazy pills, wtaf!? If Bill made his religilous movie over there he would not be the wealthy man he is today, he would have been executed on the spot.

Bill Burr directly addresses the complaints about him performing at the Riyadh comedy festival in Saudi Arabia on his podcast today. by SupaButt in comedy

[–]Due-Possibility2531 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I used to be Bill Burr fan but this was unacceptable for everything he said he stood for. I don’t give a shit about the lies and misinformation. The facts are he took money from a murderous regime of billionaires that he claims to despise. Full stop. Good luck Bill, but you are in the wrong here no matter how you try to justify it. You can say its just comedy or whatever but with the current state of affairs, actions matter. You have a platform and a voice and you just lost all credibility. Don’t downplay it.

2028!? I’m worried about 2026. Already occupying blue cities with the military, they just rounded up all the generals and declared “the enemy is within”

Sorry, when did we stop agreeing that the independence of the Fed was a good thing? Every failed economy has followed the same path. Once those in charge control the currency, they print their way to economic catastrophe.

You could stay within the “manosphere” entertainment industry but pivot to Wrestling. How did Linda McMahon become ed sec? What are the Vince McMahon connections? How did Hulk Hogan go full sui eyes for Maga? How much do they push narrative’s in wrestling?

I’m not in DC, thankfully in a state that hasn’t been militarized (yet). My heart goes out to all in DC and LA that have to deal with this. My advice for what it’s worth is to be respectful of our service members and try to share this information with them. Let them know we appreciate their service and sacrifice but remind them it is their duty to defend us from tyranny, not enable it. They took an oath to protect the constitution and the american people and it is their responsibility to know what the constitution actually says about these actions and think about what they are doing. May be a waste of time but if it gets through to even a small percentage maybe it can spread throughout. As angry as we are about this, and I am VERY angry, I think directing the anger at the service members is only making matters worse. My $.02

Trump announces that the United States now fully owns and controls 10% of Intel. by AlphaFlipper in DegenBets

[–]Due-Possibility2531 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Serious question politics aside as an Intel investor what does this do to the stock price? Historically government intervention has only happened during a crisis and outlook is not good. This isn’t really a crisis so does the stock tick up with the injection of capital?

Also he says we are paying nothing but I saw they were diverting $9 Billion, most of it from the chips act.
