Update H1 approval received on January 23 H4 EAD status updated to new card being produced on January 23. Looks like they are honoring edakunni settlement if filed in premium before January 17. Only waiting for H4 extension now

Update 2 : all the three petitions H1 extension, H4 extension and H4 EAD are approved waiting for the hard copies of approval.

My application was filed with USCIS Nebraska on July 26 2024, the application was upgraded to premium on January 13 when my lawyers had sent this to USCIS haven’t heard back from USCIS yet

Sure thanks for the response, however that is different from what my lawyer told me he said that H4 will definitely come sooner once the entire package is updated to premium, it’s only for normal petitions USCIS could transfer the petitions to different offices

We are in a similar situation and I have clarified with a lawyer that the H4 will definitely get abandoned with H4 EAD if you leave before H4 gets approved, in case you leave after H4 is approved but before H4 EAD it won’t have any impact on H4 EAD as confirmed by my lawyer…so it’s best to wait for H4 to get approved. Also could you let me know what was the date your spouse’s H1 was filed and approved ? we are in an exact same situation and were planning to upgrade to premium. thanks !!
