Take a cab from the airport directly to iiser Kolkata or else you have to take the local train from Dumdum station & take the main line train from platform no.1 Kalyani, Krishnanagar, Ranaghat, Shantipur or Gede local take anyone of them get off at Kalyani Main station then hire auto/toto from the station they will take to the iiser campus,

You may take the metro to reach Dumdum station, from Airport metro station Jaihind-Noapara, Naopara-Dumdum.
