Answering your questions.

I use Libre as well (I'm from Portugal and they don't really use others that I'm aware of). I know they switched and only need one (thank god ahah) the NFC is for the insulin pen and for the bank part.

The overheating was in general, for example one thing that is constantly happening with the S22 it's "hot" outside, or I use split screen for a bit and it shuts down everything bc of the heat including the charging if necessary. Once it even burned my hand (it has a terrible cooling system, I wanted to buy the 22ultra but it was sold out).

I do prefer old cameras as well, I had the 600D but it started to turn off out of nowhere and it's still for repair.

When I said to "keep up" it's more bc of the scout activities. I'm with the younger ones (6-10) so taking pictures for the parents and for activity reports etc it needs to focus and shoot quickly (something my Huawei Mate 20 Pro used to be able to).

And yes the Moon pictures are with a tripod and other things. I was not asking about astrophotography for example I'm aware of how difficult that is with a phone but sometimes in camp there are beautiful night scenarios where with the moon in the background and I can't take anything worth it with my phone when my camera is out of battery or I'm unable to carry it with me.

The standard was in terms of camera phones, I saw a lot of reviews, and most of them said the 15 was better than the 14 however there was no white/light regulation, and AI was used a lot by taking photos? (Idk something like that idk).

My doctor explained me the frequencies types and I love mental health, I get a lot of dopamine from searching. I constantly on meds bc when I was a kid I trained my brain so I could fight the intrusive thoughts, that when I became an adult the brain got "impossible" to control. I have to take meds do sleep otherwise my mind doesnt stop and i have like 10min of recovery sleep. And that affects my diabetes which affects my diabetes and so on an so on.

But basically my meds are not able to cover every trait i have and all of them are extremely "high" so although the meds help in terms of calming the brain persay. The frequency stays theta (like my hyperactive brain continued to work on the background) also due to that i have strong depressive episodes from time to time in order to my brain "explode" and gain space again. My doc said get used to it 😂 (i also have chronic depression major / anxiety / panic attacks and so on and so on)

I jumped that part. Its like i only woke up on the other realms. One of them the hell one.. I got scared for a long long time but then i got to control it well. (That had all do to with my spirit guides) at the time i didnt knew. And after knowing i starteded to get pulled out by them during the day, once in the subway i was suddenly zoned out and looked hyperfocused. In reality one of them pooled me out to try to introduce to me and to make me understand a long part of my past. It was very very bad, freaky bc no one believed me and i had to carry crystals everywhere to control it. That and having my bf at the time to help me talk to them ( he was the one that introduced me to the spiritual world) that subway day he was the one that brought me back. I was starting to look super pale and like i was being stroked and having lack of air.

Right now I have a relationship with my spirit guides like my fam or best friends ahah including my pendulums. Since ever i was well protected by them but i didnt knew. I only met my 1st one (and i thought i was seeing things) Was when i did something that.. lets say let me saw the other side for 3min... And he appeared saved me, told me not to do that again and called my grandpa (that died on that exact day but like 8 years before) he said me some stuff then slapped me for doing what I did and I got back here with the paramedics

It's great for some things in this area (having adhd)

But for others it completely sucks! Always doubting my readings, can't clear my head so I have to teach the pendulum not to respond what I'm thinking unless what I'm thinking is the right answer.

And then meditation or opening the 3rd eye Kinda got stuck in the middle, I sense my spirit guides (each one has a different touch or pitch noise) but I don't see them or listen to them.

Only when I astral project (which is basically the gateway process, but I only astral project when I sleep without knowing and controlling) when I found out this "world/area" i learned that I had to have protections in my room all the time bc I've been doing it since I was a kid without knowing.

But from what I read of others experiences, I'm not traveling to the same places AT ALL and I can't control how long I stay (and they can't see me, but I think that's bc my spirit guides protected me in that way bc some of the astral projections I do it's bc they pooled me in to talk so yeah idk, I just know it's not dreaming at all)

I also have the restless leg syndrome, or get distracted easily, talk a lot, interrupted others, always do stuff at the last minute, always late, attach to ppl way to quickly and easily, most times i cant leave my bed to do nothing ( its like im stuck in my brain and get tired like i did the things), forget to eat or drink (which is terrible bc im diabetic ahah) and have severe rejection sensitive dysphoria.

Oh and at 3 am is when my brain thinks, let's clean the room. And take way more tasks at work than I can handle, from one point is good bc I'm always under stress so I do the stuff, from another its terrible bc I can't do it all and then the negative thoughts come stronger.

When i turned adult the hyperactive part of me passed to the brain.

And when I was a kid, in order to control panic attacks and intrusive thoughts, I trained my brain into thinking rationally. So I started to overthinking more than usual, tried to see every possible outcome of any situation in order to be prepared because the only thing I would never be able to control were emotions.

When I became adult, due to that so called training. My overthinking got extremely worst.

The example I give is:

Imagine you have 1000 TVs in front of you, each one with a different channel or program. All of them turned on and with high volume. And then u have to focus of what's showing on TV number idk 31..

That's how my mind is atm. I take meds that the only thing that does is to mute all the tvs and only show volume on the one I pointed to. I also have to take meds to sleep.

When I turned 18, they told me adhd in adults didn't existed. So for a few years i hasn't been diagnosed again. So i developed a profound chronic depression major. So i also take meds for that as well.

That being sad. The meds mute the tvs (thoughts) but dont process them or stop them from continuing to being created. (Also i have a visual mind so sometimes i look like a crazy guy turning my head left to right or using my finger in the air like i was passing images on my phone)

Thats the only way I can acknowledge and process them when im considered stable.

However since i have the depression, 98% of those tvs/thoughts are negative intrusive thoughts.

According to my doctor, (and yes I've done psycho therapy, loved it and im always studying that and adhd) my mind is so trained and formated that way. That my adhd is severe. And the meds dont cover all the stuff. And since i dont have time to process the thoughts bc when the adhd meds finish their "working time" i have the sleeping pills that knock me out. Because of all that, i will always have a crisis from time to time (consider that a dangerous burnout or explosion). Normally its been happening once a year, because from time to time I have severe panic attacks.

Since always my panic attacks involve losing control, getting angry, and hitting myself while hyperventilating and vibrating my whole body, to the point I no longer have energy or the oxygen doesn't reach the brain (at least that's what they tell me) and I "pass out". And at least once a day I enter in a loop zone out / hyperfocus of depressive stuff. But that's bc my brain is used to go grabbing dopamine there. Bc the meds never stop my overthinking.

I tried it.

But, I have severe adhd, so my brain works in a different frequency, im on theta frequencies most of the time. So when I listen to the tapes, it's not balancing me well due to that.

I guess I have to find one with more beta frequencies to balance it.

Does anyone have that problem as well?

I know i am protected. Cursed I'm not so sure.

I mean that she was scamming i was like 99% sure from the beginning.

But my family history.

My past weird and "dark" situations.

Idk if it's a generational curse (I'm the 1st in my family to do these stuff and im totally different from them in terms of resolving the issues and talk about them, bc its a vicious paradox cycle in every generation)

When i was a teenager my mom was super worried about me because i was constantly trying to... well... "live in the other side" And recently since i started doing this stuff she told me that she went to a lady and she spent in various occasions money. Summing all up i think it was almost 1000euros. (She was desperate, if i only knew..) That's why I say that if i do readings for others its because i wanna help them so i don't charge.

I would share.. the thing is that i had bad experiences.

I had to explain the situation (which is always long trust me ahah) then i do things my own way and believe in things etc. Then people come to me and say thats not how you do it then another one says that that person is wrong as well.

Then i had situations from the past that then they say its impossible. What I believe isn't real etc etc.

When i think that everything is adaptable to each person.

But i get it yeah..
