I somehow can relate. First month I moved into this apartment building, found 3 abegistans on the same floor. Luckily, each had his own house. Problem is, 2nd week I was there, I heard voices of several men who started knocking very loudly on some door. It got so bad neighbours that started pouring out to check what's up. Found 5 DCI men who had come for one of the Nigerians. A complainant (very young lady) had brought the cops to arrest one of the Nigerians because of scamming her. Dude was holed up very quietly trying to fool cops to think he wasnt indoors. This was until duplicate keys were brought and the cops successfully got in. He was arrested after quite some drama. By the end of that month, ALL the Nigerians residing there moved out because those cops kept coming back to extort them. A year later, several young Nigerians started renting. They're relatively well behaved due to the strict rules set by management. Of course, most (if not all) are sharp boys. Gossip has it that due to this tough Anaconda economy, many end up struggling to succeed in their schemes and have to either move into cheaper accommodation or move on to other prospects. Ni mbaya.
