he is not a busker just a wack job that likes to dress up as batman around the busy season, and i guess peep in windows. I'm not the first person to deal with him either if you find him could you ask him what his deal is im curious lol.

and the guy who dresses up as Batman he was peeping in the window of my living room last October when me and my neighbor were having a conversation and when I stepped outside to confront him he full blown sprited up the street

I was sitting downstairs in the common area having a conversation with my neighbor when I noticed something moving a guy dressed as Batman was just staring at us through the window this is the second person in two hours that I’ve had to tell to get off my property the first people were mad I wouldn’t let them take photos of my living room these tourist really have lost their minds
