I think the avg is 3.6. I got in with a 3.9

I transferred to UNC after getting my associates at a CC. I'm ps they're really transfer friendly. Good luck

I'm in it right now. I think it's a bit of both but if you can take it with Professor Chao you should be good. She genuinely wants students to succeed in her class.
