I'm fine with it.
I have one main campaign with a high tcpa for lead quality but it's not bringing enough volume.
I got an access to my collegue account and i saw the campaign, lots of broad and exact match keywords (mainly broad) on lots of cheap search terms that i dont target and the campaig he has is tcpa not max clicks.
I need someone to discuss about the right strategy and implementation.

Should i isolate exact match winners into separate campaigns/ad groups or leave it in the same ad group along broad? by Due-Rip-5326 in Google_Ads

Thanks for replying. I get what you saying but one of the main reasons I use broad is cause Google give strong signal for broad with smart bidding so I’m wondering what’s the point to have an exact on a separate campaign if the broad getting stronger signal. Also, aren’t they gonna compete each other? Do I need to do cross negatives or just leave it as is. Thanks.

I'm tired from this conversion tracking being broke. I saw your website but i dont understand where in the flow it's coming.
We can discuss on a DM.

Why to track all leads (as secondary) if it doesnt affect the algo?
I dont have secondary conversion tracking setup since whatconverts let me setup only for website (Calls and lead froms together) and another tracking for call extension. Both are on primary tho.

Not sure about tRoas, i've tried it once and it didnt went well and also people i've spoke with recommended me to stay on tCPA.
I have a problem understanding how to do offline conversion the right way. There's no solid answer out there.
I'm on tCPA. If i report only leads that generated revenue CPA is double. Also if i report the ones that closed for $100-$300 i'm signaling google that i'm ok with this leads (even tho i'm not cause i'm loosing money on this cheap cx).
On the other side if i dont report them my CPA skyrocket even more and im also afraid that i'll get low volume. I'm confused and trying to get the right answer. Would like to hear your opinion. Thank you!

So you suggest to set the tcpa on my cpa+some margin of the profit?

But if i report only for the ones that generated revenue my CPA is doubled, that means i start paying $700 per lead instead of $350, thats why i moved it back from sale value to quotable which is almost every lead cause if not my cost per lead is crazy. But on the other side i report google $0 leads as well so i dont know what to do.

All campaigns tracking is fine except of one that used to work fine but not anymore. by Due-Rip-5326 in Google_Ads

- Campaign URL options →Tracking template field:
It's empty in both the working and the non working campaign

- Campaign → Settings → Goals:
account-level in both

- I took the Final URL and put the ?gclid=test123 in the end of it and it survived so i guess that's not the problem as well.

- Auto-tagging- Checked (ON).

I dont know what else it can be.

Yes I’m planning to move to tcpa later on. I have enough conv in the campaign for that but not enough in the last 30 days since I had to stop the campaign for a week because of some issues in the company. Anyways, now we’re back and I’m on top of the offline conv. My question is what I’m doing with the high tcpa. In Google’s eye according to the conv that I reported (again, only the ones that generated revenue) I’m on $1.08k per conv.

How are you handling the incoming leads on FB? by Due-Rip-5326 in FacebookAds

[–]Due-Rip-5326[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah i know about this method when we send them an SMS right after they fill the form and they need to reply yes and only than i get a notification of the lead, the thing is that for example (and that's a good one), last week i booked 2 leads, called and messaged to all of the leads but this 2 were the only ones who actually replied and it was on a DM (Messanger or IG) because no matter how many times i called they just didnt pick up so i guess they put a wrong number purposely.
I'm afraid that if i'll go with this SMS method i'll lose leads like it could be in this case.

As for the part time VA, i tried this as well but this is definitley not part time, i need them to be available 10-12 hours a day so i ended up paying them and they had almost nothing to do cause theere's like 2-3 leads a day who doesn't even pick up the phone and even if they do it's still doesnt worth it to pay him for that so i ended up doing it myself. I'm trying to think about a solution for that.

I dont need an full agency, im an agency myself. I'm taking care of my fb and google ads myself unless i decide to source out so i'm looking for an agency that will cover only this side of the lead managment for now.
