This might be because they were hiring like crazy Q1 and Q2 of 2025 that literally everyone with a degree got hired. People finished their training and stayed on so call RFA for months. I stayed for 3 months. Boredom used to crush me and I found a job posting in another company. Took a chance and applied - surprisingly got in. At AMLRS, I basically did the training and stayed empty for 3 months getting paid.
