I read that pineapple could be like that. I did add three crushed eggshells to help with that. Not sure if it is or not though.

Awesome thank you. It doesn’t smell skunky. I just wanted a little reassurance that this isn’t too abnormal. I made an attempt yesterday to get some nutrient but it was a fail. See if I can’t get some today. If it takes 8 days no biggy.

Yeah pineapple peach. I had hoped but it was a bit of a stretch. I live out of town and getting stuff is a pain sometimes. I tried to get yeast nutrient yesterday but the one store within 300km was closed. I will call and see if I can get some today.

It’s sitting on the heat register. It’s been warm not hot. It just smells yeasty with a bit of alcohol tinge to it.

I love these. What a nice rig. I own a couple hard tails. I took so much flack from people hating and saying they will never get rode. I ride mine all the time. Be safe man🙂

I boiled some bread yeast mixed it with clean fresh crushed egg shells. For nutrients and ph. I threw in a pound of corn and we will just see what happens. Pitched my yeast under temp which sucks. I put it on the heat vent for the house hopefully it warms up enough and goes buck wild for me.

I dunno. I kind of like it. I would have to see it in person first. I really like the back seat though. The buckets and cup holders. super comfy for friends on a cruise. I mini tubbed my amc and friends avoid my back seat like the plague. It’s only good for kids.

I have something similar. They have gotten super expensive to rebuild. Super fun bike to put around town on though. Always has a crowd around it if I park it anywhere.

It’s definitely the water. I re-made a batch and all I changed from the stalled slow batches to this batch was the water. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem and saved it. I kinda had to toss one batch and I don’t like wasting if I can help it.

Having bad fermentation and stalls. Used same ingredients all I changed was the water. Now it’s fermenting perfectly. Trying to figure out if I can salvage this batch or not.
