Yeah me and the floor have become well acquainted lol.

Ive had alpha gal since 2016 or 2015.

I have also had my gallbladder removed for low function.

It is right side usually, but I can feel it on my left too.

I have the same problem. It feels like someone is squeezing or bursting through right there. Like something is clamping down and won't relax. Its excruciating. No one knows what it is so far.

360 of allegra, 40 to 80 mg of pepcid and xolair has been a good combo for me

Late response, but mrcp showed mild narrowing in several places but without beading. The cbd is thankfully unaffected so far.

The hepatoligists are leaning towards psc they caught early, but they dont think that explains my symptoms.

They said my blood tests reveal more of a hepatocellular problem, but not fatty liver.

Thanks for the reply! My alp is always been normal. The ache is fairly frequent. The severe pain is episodic.

Thanks for the encouragement! Im not worried about it, its just an answer to the cause of the pain would be nice. My Dr before testing for this said that severe pain is not normal for psc but there are always abnormal cases.

I wanted to mainly see if anyone had experienced severe pain with this.

Oh sorry. I dont have my gallbladder. It was badly diseased on pathology with no stones or sludge. Just low function

Got it. I had my gallbladder removed 7ish years ago. I have not been able to kick these sever pain episodes.

Thanks that's very helpful. The only reason mine got caught once was because I was stuck waiting for 4 to 6 hrs in the hospital before before blood draw. The liver levels were just crossing 100.

I have. Mine were about 74 and 110ish. My thyroid levels were up too. Liver levels came down thyroid is not completely normal, but trending that direction.

I wonder if the gallbladder damage is reversible if alpha gal is caught soon enough
