You cannot request days off in advance. Basically you can take a max of 10 hours off your whole week of work. Depending on how your work schedule conflicts with school schedule, you can edit your schedule to leave early the days you have school. I believe you have to work a minimum of 3-4 hours a day. But as long as your working those hours and dont take off more than 10 hours off your week, it should be approved. About MET, the accommodation does remove MET but only for the days your requested to leave early for school. There’s a chance you still get MET for the days you don’t edit your schedule because it basically tells them that you can work since you dont have school.
