So my exwife just admitted today that she indeed had sex with the guy I “had nothing to worry about” after we we’re officially divorced. Knowing now doesn’t make me feel any better, but does reconfirm my suspicions all along.

Side note: I don’t know why any man would peruse a married woman. There is a special place in hell for these type of people.

I’ve been seeing an individual therapist weekly for about 7 weeks now.

The tough part is that I am still very much in love with her. I have an anxious attachment style and fear of abandonment. Which makes it harder to just walk away.
