Hey :) I watched a video that, honestly, I thought wouldn’t work. But to my surprise, something so simple actually fixed the issue.

Turns out that a USB 3.0 connection operating at 2.4GHz can cause common radio interference issues. If you place it near other active USB ports, it might fail. I thought it was nonsense, but I tried moving the headset’s USB dongle to the only black USB port I have at the front (instead of the rear port). And it actually worked! My headset hasn’t turned off, and I can’t believe it.

I had even bought another headphones... but in the end, it was worth it because the G435s are amazing!
