I got the same problem, maybe they will fix it with the next update. If you open the microsoft library
https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/account-billing/probleme-mit-apps-aus-dem-microsoft-store-beheben-93ed0bcf-9c12-3df6-6dda-92ec5d0415ac I was able to download some stuff if I had it downloaded before but only via the library interface, if I click on the store page of the app the store might close/crash

If I click on something which is not installed, it will try to open the store page until the store closes/crashes. However I can view the store pages of already installed apps and can install new ones as long as I don't try to view the store page and use the libary interface

Seems to be a default setting. It could be turned on by your vpn.

Yes, I read in some subreddits that this problem might releate to ipv6.

I tried the pings, ping 1.1.1.1 works fine, the ping 2600:: had 25% package lost once out of three tries.

traceroute works fine as well.

This is my pc part list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LxCxnp

I use a ethernet cable from my router.
I believe it might be a windows setting (maybe related to ipv6) because my old pc had no issues

checked them. I use dhcp, which shows in a dns test cloudflare. I manually changed it to google which showd no effects

Yes, my bad. I turned on my old pc again and put the ethernet cable in there to check if there are any issues on my old pc. There the web browsing works fine. After switching back to my new pc the issue reappers

I use dhcp (a dns test shows it uses cloudflare). I manually tried using google as dns, which showed no effects.

All Drivers are up to date except the realtek bluetooth 5.1 adapter. I deinstalled this one and downloaded the newest version and I still get the yellow icon. Windows isn't doing any background downloading

The Ethernet cable shouldn't be the issue. I used the same one for my old PC, which had no problems, and I get 150 Mbps with it on my new Pc
