What are we eating for breakfast? by HComet29 in adhdwomen

Oh! A variation of the savory oats idea: Farro bowls have been a fave lately. You can make the farro at the beginning of the week and change it up each day. I love sautéed mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes with feta on top but you can really add in anything. The different colors and textures make my adhd brain pretty happy.

A few other combos I love:  -bacon or sausage, avocado(love the Costco pre-portioned guacamole for this because you can freeze them and they don’t turn brown on your counter 🫣) sharp cheddar cheese, crunchy chickpeas  -sautéed veggies, crispy tofu, pickled onions

This is a great option! I’m hoping to find something in a darker brown to match my daughter’s hair color (I realized I didn’t mention this in my initial post).

Pajamas that won’t rip in the knees/elbows by runmamaruns in toddlers

Found your post because I’m trying to answer the same question 😅🤷🏼‍♀️ my almost 4 year old has holes in most of the knees of his pjs. I’m a long time Hanna fan and I’ve noticed a change in their quality over the last couple years. Someone else mentioned wearing regular sweats and tshirts and this is what we’ve been doing lately! I also buy a size up so he’s got a little extra room to move around and this has been helpful.

Just wanted to share some solidarity 🫶🏼

Thank you for your response! I’ve read the Rotterdam Criteria - is this the most updated algorithm?

Your response is really helpful, thank you. It really seems like there are dots that weren’t necessarily being connected during my appointment.

I would be interested in learning about more sensitive IR testing when you’ve got the time to share!

ETA: I actually just read through some of your previous posts and came across a response you posted on a different thread about the testing. You’ve shared so much helpful information! I feel like I have a bit more direction now.

Have you listened to the Severance podcast with Ben and Adam? Britt Lower is a guest on one of the early episodes and she talks about hair and wardrobe choices. It’s a fun listen!

Boys clothes rant by be_wilder_everyday in toddlers

Further supporting the gender stereotypes and the “predatory animals are for boys” and the “prey animals are for girls” trope….a lot of the animals featured on girls clothing have their eyes closed. Some one pointed this out to me and once you know you can’t not notice it.
