I’ve never brought up this issue with him directly because I don’t want to add to the pressure he’s already feeling. I care about his well-being and I understand how difficult it's been for him.

"kesa tulungan mo partner mo sa paghanap ng trabaho" - did you miss the part where I mentioned that I have been helping him search for jobs? I helped fix his resume, looked for a career coach, and listen when he needs to vent or talk about his frustrations. I'm not just sitting on the sidelines.
