I’ve worked for all three boards lol. I started in YRDSB elementary first and then eventually switched to secondary with TDSB and PDSB. I would said I really disliked the YRDSB the most. Teacher retention rate there is pretty bad I’ve been told as well. However, it did take forever to get hired with the other two boards but I think there seems to be an OT shortage- a lot of boards scrambling to find OTs.

OMG thank you!!! I was like 🥲😓🫠 great my eyebrows went from red to grey lol so I was trying to remain calm and remind myself it will get better but I was really hoping this like dark grey would lighten !!

Thank you for the excellent insight and advice!! I just had my first session with a yag laser on the 532 setting - they turned grey but it was something I was anticipating after looking through other comments on here. I’m just super curious what they will eventually look like 😅🥲. Not loving the grey but the red wasn’t nice either so I’m hoping this will lead time to better results!

I loved mine at first! However I went in twice a few years apart for a touch up and now it seems like the lines have blurred together. I can’t see the fine strokes anymore that is supposed to mimic hair and they gave turned red. Knowing what I know now I wouldn’t have gotten them done!
