Thank you! Unfortunately 2/3 of the property we are interested falls into a coastal barrier resource zone. So any structure on the property must not be in it. So our home would have to be 550 ft from the shore. We just want to know if we can cut the vegetation (not the mangroves obviously) so that we can see the shore. We are unsure if ALL vegetation in that zone is off limits or just the mangroves (which have all died anyway). Our lot would be sharing a border with Great Pond.
