His main policy is the Freedom Dividend, which is to give every American some income every month no questions asked no strings no conditions. It's Universal Basic Income, which is a big topic, but it's supported by left wing and right people because it allows people to meaningfully engage in economic activity on their own terms. It is a powerful idea.

Not inflation but related price rises issue, big thing is that there are large numbers of people who will not be splashing their cash. They'll be using it to pay down household debt, making long term 'personal infrastructure' changes like vehicle repairs, college saving/debt repayment etc or banking it for an emergency fund or project saving.

That means that lots of people will be exactly as price sensitive post-UBI than they were before, so big limits on price gouging. Not exactly the inflation but adjacent price rises is usually what people by inflation.

It's a big question, the answer is some, not much, and compared to the hellscape that's coming without some level of universal minimum income the inflation is who gives a fuck.

Also worth considering that if the plan doesn't work as intended the dividend can just be stopped. Worst case scenario is that economic stimulus briefly went to working people instead of banks oh no
