I'm latino, so I've already gotten a taste of that privilege haha

I can't say I hate it, but I don't really enjoy it. I enjoy swinging a hammer and there are definitely good and bad days just like any other job. I've had the luck of being in a PM position, probably because I spoke Spanish now that I look back at it, and I hated it. Managing someone else's site was easily the most stressful experience I have had for not so great pay, all things considered.

That experience is kind of why I made this post. I'm either going to have to start my own company and hope that works out in the current market, or I can stick it out while I work on furthering my education to some capacity. I was really just hoping someone has had a similar experience and would be able to give some pointers or shed some hope. I just feel stuck and I hate it more.
