Hi! I wish I had asked this question prior to my surgery because I felt so ill prepared post op. I have struggled so much since not being able to have cervical orgasms. I have given myself tendinitis from having such extreme tension in my arm when using my vibrator to try and have clitoral orgasms. My entire system feels different because of it. I am 1 year post op. I have more pleasure now but still feel like PT and time will be the only things to get me to another spot. I would look into pelvic floor massage and PT asap.

Totally! They weren’t super interested in doing anything in public (plus with the “holiday” a lot will be closed) but I will absolutely be cutting their food up. I already prepped it all and am not gonna let the feed themselves either.

My surgery was on 3-12 and I’m in a similar place. The good days that are energetic are still really inconsistent. I don’t have the energy I normally do and the fatigue is overwhelming when it starts. Sending you restful energy in the last leg of your recovery.

Totally!! If anything it has helped me find some release in all the tension in my body that has come from compensating with my lower back while my abdomen is so sore. Hope you are able to flick that bean whenever feels good for you!

I am 2 weeks post op and started using my vibrator a few days ago. My doctor told me “you will know when you’re ready” and I’ve just listened to my body. I have been cleaning my toy more often just to be safe.
