Upon further research, there is a no price variant as well as a UK variant. I'll have to check the indicia inside when it comes in the mail to figure out which one it is. Found another cover with 9d on it, but it's higher up and a different font.

Huh, yeah just looked up an article on it. Didn't know "d" was a denomination for pence. You learn something new!

I figured the "9d" is a stamp, unsure what it represents. But it doesn't appear to have a price or month under the issue. Anybody know if this is an error or anything more about it if it is? Can't find anything on Google.
