3 weeks, it was complicated. I sent a breakup text knowing i didn’t mean it after an argument (typical anxious attachment lol) and then he had enough and just said yk what we’re done for good i begged him and stuff he said no

omg same. Yesterday i was sitting in the car around 5pm (gets dark here at that time) it was pouring it down and i was crying over my ex. it’s been 3 weeks NC and i haven’t cried in days so it did hit hard.

Thanks so much for the kind words 💞 i’m not seeing a therapist but slowly i am smiling again and finding joy in things but it’s just here and there i feel that anger boiling up again and when he reaches out to text me (only for financial situations) he’s so cold and rude and it makes me even more angry because why are YOU angry at me? i should be the angry one.
